Meet Jordan and Kati Davis, the dedicated duo behind the Smoking Pastor Project, where their shared values of faith, food, and family converge into a mission of spreading joy and nourishment throughout their community. As Pastors with a deep love for barbecue, Jordan and Kati bring together their culinary talents and love for the community to create a unique and impactful venture.

For Jordan, barbecue is more than just a culinary art—it's a labor of love that he infuses with his faith and passion for bringing people together. From his love for laughter and smiles surrounded by the comforting aroma of smoked meats to his role as a pastor, he understands the profound connections that can be forged over a shared meal.

Kati, also a pastor, shares Jordan's commitment to fostering community and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome and valued. Together, they believe in the power of food to nourish both body and soul, serving as a catalyst for meaningful connections and conversations.

With their free food truck, Jordan and Kati are on a mission to embody the principles of faith, food, and family in every meal they serve. They aim to not only fill bellies but also to uplift spirits and strengthen bonds within their community. Through their dedication and heartfelt approach, they strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where everyone feels like part of the family.

We need a truck to pull our trailer

Needed Truck and Trailer

— The Smoking Pastor Project is thrilled to announce a new and inspiring partnership with Helping His Hands Ministries. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for our mission of spreading joy and serving others through the power of food.

Helping His Hands Ministries has generously offered the use of their food trailer, which will now be dedicated to "crafting smiles one bite at a time." This remarkable gesture allows us to extend our reach and impact, serving those in need with warm meals and warm hearts.

We look forward to many more years of collaboration with Helping His Hands Ministries, as together, we continue to bring hope and happiness to communities in need. This partnership is not just about serving food; it's about serving God's purpose and making a lasting impact, promoting faith, food and family.

Now join us in prayer as we search for a truck to pull this amazing trailer. If you would like to donate to make this happen click the donate link on the page!
